After an enthralling start to the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the first match, the fourth match of the season between hosts Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals was rather a one-sided match.
Similarly, Kane Williamson-led Hyderabad won the match by nine wickets with seven balls to spare.
Rajasthan was clearly the weaker team in a contest despite having the two costliest players of this season.
Both Ben Stokes and Jaydev Unadkat failed miserably in the match. The resurrected Royals had a forgettable season opener as they could only manage 125 for nine in their 20 allotted overs.
Only Sanju Samson was the bright spot in their batting line-up scoring 49 runs.
However, there bowing was way too off the mark and the fielding added to the bowler’s miseries. Skipper Ajinkya Rahane dropped a dolly of Shikhar Dhawan when the left-hander didn’t even open his account.
Moreover, the southpaw went on to score a quickfire half-century to take the match completely out of Rajasthan’s hands.
Some of the Twitteratis were actually disappointed by the pace of the match as the Sunrisers Hyderabad dominated the entire match.
But, here’s how the Twitteratis trolled Rajasthan Royals team.
