The first two days of the Indian Premier League (IPL) did not witness any unwanted interruptions due to weather. And it looks like for the third day in a row, there will be no interruptions from the weather god. Sunrisers Hyderabad will host returning Rajasthan Royals at their home ground in Hyderabad. And the weather signs are promising.

Earlier, there were predictions of thundershower during Sunday’s game between Kolkata Knight Riders (RCB) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Eden Gardens. However, the game went smoothly with Kolkata winning it in the very end.

Meanwhile, both the teams will be desperate to start their season on a winning note.

The Royals are making a return to the league after a two-year absence. They were banned in 2015 for corruption charges and will be keen to make their comeback memorable.

On the other hand, the hosts Sunrisers Hyderabad will be looking to start brightly in the absence of their talismanic star David Warner.

Australia has been banned from playing in the IPL, in the wake of the ball tampering scandal in Cape Town.
