The return of David Warner would be an emotional one for the fans of SRH. The absence of David Warner was clearly present in the last year edition of IPL despite Kane Williamson did exceptionally well with his willow and with his captaincy. Finally, he is all set to play for SRH in IPL 2019, as the ban ended. Meanwhile, Yusuf Pathan makes his voice on Warner’s return.

The swashbuckling players David Warner and Steve Smith are all set to end their ban period officially on March 29th. It will be the same day, which is scheduled for the 4th ODI game of the bilateral series against Pakistan. However, Australia decided to not include them in the side for the series.

Meanwhile, speaking of David Warner, the pinch-hitter Yusuf Pathan quoted that everyone loves David Warner for his style of play. He also believes that every cricket fanatic would be a fan of his work on the field.

“He is returning after a long time so many people will come to watch him play again. You may be a fan of SRH or not but everyone enjoys his style of batting. He is a very much entertainer on the field,” Pathan told reporters.

“Wins or losses he always kept himself in touch and kept motivated us. He would always praise if somebody did well and backed up the players. He may be coming back after one year but it does not feel that he was not there with us last season. He was with us in spirit.”

All in all, David Warner will be back to the action on March 24th. The flamboyant batsman will play the first game against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens. He would certainly open the innings for his side but his partner at the non-striker end is yet to be known.
