The last couple of seasons have been tough for Jaydev Unadkat in the Indian Premier League. Ever since he bagged the hefty check from Rajasthan Royals, he has always been on the headlines for obvious reasons. Meanwhile, he involved in the banter with a fan on the social media platform.
Royals had bought him for a whopping amount of Rs 11.5 Crores in the mega-auction earlier edition following his stunning performance in 2017. But the heavy price-tag has pressurised the bowler it seems as he has failed to deliver so far and lost his rhythm completely.
Jaydev Unadkat failed to live up to the expectation:
Since being bought in 2018 by RR, 27-year-old Unadkat has picked only 21 wickets from 26 matches and conceded runs with 10+ economy rate. This season he had only 10 wickets and at an economy of 10.66 in 14 matches.

Meanwhile, Jaydev Unadkat posted a tweet on his social media panel by sharing his enrollment in the Air Vistara. Meanwhile, one of the fans asked him to take an enrol in the cricket academy, which would help him deliver the best goods in next year edition of IPL 2019.
In between, Unadkat, who noticed the tweet, replied saying that, he already took an enrollment and will take them in the remaining years of his career as well. He doesn’t want to stop learning, which has been his passion over the years.
“Yes boss, already enrolled into one and will forever be enrolled, till the time I keep playing this game passionately. Because learning never stops. Neither when you fail nor when you succeed. Hope you guys learnt something from hurling abuses to me throughout the season,” Unadkat said on Twitter.

However, of late, such kind of things are being normal on social media. Getting into the details of the stats, there is no denying the fact that Jaydev Unadkat had a pretty ordinary year in his kitty. Well, it would be interesting to see whether RR will retain him for IPL 2020 or not.
