Defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have started the 2019 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in a grand fashion and will look to carry on the form when they take on the table-toppers Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on April 8 (Tuesday) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Chennai started their campaign with three back to back wins before losing to Mumbai Indians. However, they made a swift comeback as they defeated Kings XI Punjab at their fortress. With four wins from five games, MS Dhoni & Co will look to carry on from here and beat Kolkata who has been in great form in this season. Moreover, Chennai Super Kings bowlers will have an uphill task to stop Andre Russell who has been hitting sixes like a cakewalk.

The home side will look to stop the dangerous looking Kolkata’s batting if they want to continue the winning streak. The franchise is unlikely to tinker with their winning combination that defeated Punjab on Saturday.
