ToggleSRH skipper Kane Williamson got back to form and scored 70 runs to help his side get to 175 runs. Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli finally had the rub of the green on his side as he won the toss and decided to bowl first. Sunrisers Hyderabad got off to a decent start as their openers added 46 runs for the opening stand. The hosts fielding was once again not up to the mark as Yuzvendra Chahal fluffed Wriddhiman Saha’s catch at deep square on the bowling of Umesh Yadav.
Chahal realised that his drop could be costly as he was welcomed the crease by Saha with a hat-trick of boundaries. However, the bungled catch didn’t prove to be expensive as Saha could only manage a bottom edge and he was caught at mid-on.

Sundar scalped three wickets.
Subsequently, Washington Sundar was able to strike in his first over when in-form batsman Manish Pandey tried to go for the big shot and Shimron Hetmyer took a fine catch in the deep.
Furthermore, Martin Guptill gave a simple catch to Virat Kohli at short mid-wicket and Sundar had his second wicket of the day. Sundar’s night turned more beautiful when he sent back Vijay Shankar.
Vijay Shankar had got two sixes against the off-spinner. However, in an attempt to go the third, the right-hander got a top edge which was ballooned to Colin de Grandhomme. Thus, Washington Sundar scalped three wickets in his four overs quota.

Subsequently, Yuzvendra Chahal also completed his 100 wickets in the IPL when Yusuf Pathan chased a wide ball and hit it straight to Umesh Yadav. Thus, the leg-spinner became the 14th bowler to complete the century of wickets.
Furthermore, Mohammed Nabi could not get his timing right against Navdeep Saini and was out for four. On the other hand, Sunrisers Hyderabad Kane Williamson was able to strike back to form with fine fifty. The stylish batsman brought his maiden IPL 2019 fifty with a six off Umesh Yadav. This was Williamson 12th IPL fifty and it came at the right time for SRH.
Here is how Twitter reacted to Sunrisers Hyderabad innings:
What’s with #RCB and no balls! The other day it was against #MI and then today it is against #SRH . Not the right call yet again from the umpires.

V. Shankar is a good cricketer but definitely not a top-middle order batsman, he would be in my WC squad but as backup for Kedar & Pandya. While talking of dimensions MSK forgot few dimensions that are adaptability & tenacity that someone like Rayudu brings! #RCBvSRH #IPL2019

Vijay Shankar's season in a nutshell. Just when you think he's finding form, throws it away. Frustrating fellow. #IPL2019

Sunrisers going hard but might run out of batsmen. Suspect they have rated this a 180 wicket.

Chahal goes for 3 boundaries of his first 3 balls, and then finishes his 4 over spell with 24 for 1. What a briiilant comeback ???

If the RCB team owners are brutally honest with themselves and with Kohli and want to improve, tonight is the last time he should be walking out as captain of the franchise. #RCBvsSRH

Washington Sundar has taken out Martin Guptill and Manish Pandey in his first over. This is only his third match for RCB this #IPL2019
How he didn't make it to the team earlier remains a mystery. #RCBvSRH
