South Africa southpaw batsman Colin Ingram who recently became a father pulled off a sensational effort at the boundary lines while fielding at the mid-wicket region. Ingram steadied himself at the boundary ropes and grabbed a fine catch. However, the momentum was carrying Ingram over the boundary cushions.
Ingram took his time as he showed a great presence of mind. The left-hander was able to throw the ball to Axar Patel who was standing at long-on. It was a fine effort from the Proteas batsman. In fact, the catch will go down against the name of Axar Patel. However, it was Colin Ingram who had done the bulk of the work.
It was a crucial wicket for Delhi Capitals as Chris Gayle was going all guns blazing. The combative batsman had scored a fine knock of 69 runs off just 37 balls with the help of six fours and five sixes.
