Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have struggled heavily over the years in the Indian Premier League due to their weak links in the bowling department. They have had the best batsmen in their ranks but couldn’t manage to lift the coveted trophy as the bowlers have failed to defend their score. However, they are likely to found another Jasprit Bumrah in the early days of IPL 2019 to solve their bowling woes.

Jasprit Bumrah, who grabbed eyeballs donning the Mumbai Indians jersey in the IPL is currently the number one pacer for the Indian National Cricket team. He has represented Virat Kohli & Co in all the formats and is currently the top-ranked ODI bowler. Mumbai also have relied on him and he has delivered time and again. Meanwhile, he sustained an injury during Mumbai Indians’ first game against the Delhi Capitals. He has regained his fitness and has started training but the franchise will be ultra protective about him with the World Cup coming up.

However, a bowler was recently spotted in the nets of Royal Challengers Bengaluru who was bowling exactly the same actions that of Bumrah. Meanwhile, the details of the bowler is still unknown and it is likely that he is one of the net bowlers at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. Bumrah has an unusual action and it is really difficult to imitate him. But the young pacer copied him exactly during his delivery stride.

Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore had the worst start to their 2019 IPL campaign. They managed to score only 70 in the tournament opener against the defending champions Chennai Super Kings. Only Parthiv Patel managed to touch the double-digit figure and they will have to regroup and come out stronger in the second game. The bowling also needs to do well and back their batters to bring positive results.

They will be keen to bounce back when they face Mumbai Indians at their home turf on March 28 (Thursday).
