Hardworking Gopal is also a reliable lower-order batsman who can see his team home. Besides, Gopal had played crucial innings for the team in the domestic tournament. He can fulfil Virat Kohli’s demand to strengthen the batting line-up in the team.
Gopal had played 40 List A games apart from 61 T20s. In T20s, he has picked 78 wickets at the striking rate of 14.0. The spinner will have to work hard in IPL 2020 because the selectors will observe his performance in the domestic professional league.
