David Warner – 44 fifties
The Australian cricketer is unbeatable when it comes to the T20 format. The opening batsman of Sun Risers Hyderabad tops the list with the most number of the fifties in the IPL history. He has collected 44 fifties in 126 matches.
In the past five editions, he has earned the orange cap for three times that is in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
The destructive batsman started his career with the Delhi Daredevils before he became a part of the Orange Army in 2014. He scored 34 out of 44 half-centuries for SRH.
Also, in his first two seasons for the Sunrisers, he recorded 13 fifties.
Thus, this reflects that the player has a great part in SRH victories. It will be interesting to see how many fifties he will record in impending IPL 2020 season.
