KL Rahul

KL Rahul has turned out to be a classic performer in the shorter format. Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) player has been given the duty of captaincy for the IPL 2020 edition. He was the second-highest scorer of the IPL 2019 edition.
In the 12th edition, he scored 593 runs in 14 matches, averaging 53.90 with the strike rate of 135.38. After IPL 2019, he was regular on the domestic side, contributing to the victory of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2019-20 and Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019-20.
After Shikhar Dhawan got injured, he got the chance in the T20I side. In the last some T20Is, he scored consistently. Seeing his consistent performance, he can become the orange cap player if he didn’t feel the burden of captaincy.
