Virat Kohli led RCB, who is still to win the IPL title, change their supporting staff ahead of almost every season. Similarly, they have appointed a new head coach for the upcoming season. They have replaced head coach Gery Kristen to Simon Katich.
The team’s head of cricket is newly appointed Mike Hesson, bowling coach is Adam Griffith, batting and spin bowling coach is Sreedharan Sriram, strength and conditioning coach is Shankar Basu, the physiotherapist is Evan Speechly.
RCB will play their first match on 21 September with Sunrisers Hyderabad.
