The limited-overs specialist Shikhar Dhawan has many times led India to victory. So, he is surely the one who has the calibre – to help DC to lift the trophy. His good start to the team in the previous edition has led the team to knockout rounds.
Dhawan, who returned to Delhi-based franchise in the last edition, was the highest scorer for the team. The southpaw scored 521 runs in 16 innings at the strike rate of 135.67.
The consistent performer and hard-hitting batsman has currently recovered from the injury and has been out of action from quite a time. But nobody can question his performance, who has more than 4000 runs in IPL.
