Delhi Capitals skipper David Warner expressed his delight as their team’s stolen bats and kit bags were recovered and handed over to the team ahead of their clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Earlier, Delhi Capitals players lost sixteen bats, along with pads and shoes including gloves that went missing from players’ kit bags following their game against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The franchise hired a logistics company that is responsible for that team’s kit bags to be flown in advance to other cities in the country. According to reports, the bats stolen were from the kit bags of their skipper David Warner, star all-rounder Mitchell Marsh, England’s Phil Salt, and Indian youngster Yash Dhull.

David Warner took to his social media account to share a photo of the bats that were found and confirmed that a few of them were still not found.
