Former India cricketers Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, and S Sreesanth recently visited Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant, who is recovering from an injury following a horrific car accident. The heartwarming gesture by the senior cricketers is praised by many fans.

The former Indian cricketers have shown their support to the young lad by meeting him just before IPL 2023, which he will miss out on due to the injury–and he might also miss out on ODI World Cup 2023 scheduled later his year. The 2011 World Cup-winning trio visited the Indian wicket-keeper to wish him a speedy recovery from injury.

The former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan tweeted: “TRUST AND KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING INSIDE YOU THAT IS GREATER THAN ANY OBSTACLE YOU FACE ..GOOD TO SEE YOU CHOTTE BHAI . WAITING FOR YOUR COM[E]BACK @RishabhPant17 #Brotherhood @ImRaina @sreesanth36.”

Similarly, the former Chennai Super Kings batter Suresh Raina and former Indian pacer Sreesanth shared a picture with Rishabh Pant–and wished him to make comeback into cricket very soon. It is a very kind act by the former Indian cricketers to meet him during a tough time in his career.

.“Brotherhood is everything ..family is where our heart is..wishing our brother @RishabhPant17 the very best and fast recovery @harbhajan_singh @sreesanth36,” Raina tweeted.

Australian opener David Warner will captain the  Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 in the absence of their regular skipper Rishabh Pant. Delhi Capitals failed to reach the playoff stage in the 2022 season as they lost their last league match against Mumbai Indians.

“Anybody would miss Rishabh Pant. I am sure the national team is missing him as well. But it’s unfortunate what has happened. He is young, so he has got a lot of time left in his career. I have always said that he is a special player and I have not hidden that,”  Sourav Ganguly stated.
With the preparation in full swing–Delhi Capitals will look to win their maiden title under the inspiring leadership of David Warner. Capitals will get their campaign underway on April 1 against Lucknow Super Giants.
