Will RCB’s Fortunes Change In IPL 2023?
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will be looking to end their long wait for their maiden IPL trophy in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). RCB has been performing consistently over the last 3 years–and they will look to win the 1st title in IPL 2023 under the leadership of Faf du Plessis.
Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore dealt with a huge blow missing out on England’s all-rounder Will Jacks due to an injury later replaced by New Zealand’s Michael Bracewell. Now, RCB is set to miss Rajat Patidar at least the first half of the season, who had been a pillar for RCB in 2022. It is also reported Josh Hazelwood and Glenn Maxwell are also not fully fit going to IPL 2023.
Royal Challengers Bangalore is one of the only three sides who are playing in the league since the inaugural season and are yet to win it. RCB will play in front of the full-packed Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore after three long years. RCB will open their campaign in IPL 2023 on April 2 when they will lock horns against Mumbai Indians.
