The veteran Dale Steyn has been the vital cog for the RCB in past seasons. However, his injury hampers him for being in regular action. Last year, he also missed many matches after sustaining the injury.
Also, having a number of fast bowlers option in the squad, RCB might not go with Dale Steyn in the playing XI. They have enough Indian pacers like Umesh Yadav, Navdeep Saini and others are more physically fit than the 37-year-old Steyn.
