It was another crucial game in view of playoffs chances of both the teams and it was a big more important for Sunrisers Hyderabad to win it to stay in tournament. And they made their hopes alive by beating Royal Challengers Bangalore at home in a close match.

Bangalore didn’t received best of starts losing two wickets and SRH spinners keeping tight on a track producing spin. But RCB’s Captain Virat Kohli who has a bad tournament fired in a crucial game to power his team to a decent total of 160. Chasing a stiff total to be alive in tournament, Sunrisers was given a brilliant start by openers. Dhawan who hasn’t done well played a crucial innings along with Warner. They both put on 100 for opening wicket. After their loss, SRH frightened a bit but were good enough to win it in the last over.
