The Uncapped XI of the IPL consists of five frontline batsmen, one wicket keeper, two All Rounders, a pair of pacers and a lone spinner.
Manan Vohra is surely one of the finds of the tournament. The Kings XI Punjab opener scored runs consistently at the top and he is named as the opener for the uncapped XI of the IPL.
Vohra is accompanied by Rajasthan Royals’ Karun Nair at the top followed by Nair’s Karnataka’s teammate Manish Pandey and Royals’ teammate Sanju Samson. Kedar Jadhav, who had a tremendous Ranji season proved his worth in the IPL and he has been picked in the Uncapped XI of the IPL.
Kolkata’s Surya Kumar Yadav was impressive in the IPL and he is the one who leads the Uncapped XI of the IPL and also takes the role of finisher. Find of the tournament Akshar Patel earns a spot as the bowling All Rounder in the side ahead of his teammate Rishi Dhawan.
Rajasthan Royals’ Rajat Bhatia grabs on to the other All Rounder spot. Sandeep Sharma leads the bowling attack that includes Ishwar Pandey who was quite brilliant for CSK despite failing to pick wickets. Chahal pips Pravin Tambe as the solitary spinner of the squad.
