The Indian Premier League is now at its most crucial phase. With the more than half of the tournament over, an interesting phase awaits the viewers. The teams placed in the middle of the table would want to win at any cost in order to get into the all important playoffs. Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals and the Kolkata Knight Riders should comprehensively make it to the playoffs. On the other hand, the Kings XI Punjab are out of reckoning due to their poor show. The remaining sides have a chance to qualify. The results of upcoming games are eagerly awaited.

With the venues for the playoffs being announced last week itself, the ticket rates for the same were made public by www.iplt20.com. The tickets for the eliminator to be played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune are now available.

The tickets for the eliminator in Pune start from Rs 500 onwards. The other tickets are priced at Rs.750, Rs.1,000, Rs.1,500, Rs.2,000, Rs.7,500, Rs.9,000 and Rs.18,000. The box office sales for the eliminator will begin soon as well.

The eliminator will be played on the 20th of May, between the teams that finish 3rd and 4th on the points table after the first round. Before the eliminator, the first qualifier will take place on the 19th of May in Mumbai between the teams placed 1 and 2. The loser of the first qualifier will play against the winner of the eliminator in the second qualifier in Ranchi. The winner of qualifier two will play the winner of the first qualifier in the grand finale in Kolkata.

The sale of tickets for the other playoff games will begin in the next few days.
