2. Adam Gilchrist – 109*(47) vs MI, 2008 and 106 (55) vs RCB, 2011

The legendary cricketer Adam Gilchrist was one of the renowned wicket-keeper. He is the most reliable wicket-keeper batsman who not only changed the game behind the stumps but also dismantled opposition with his bat. He registered centuries for two times in IPL career.
Playing for Deccan Chargers, he scored a magnificent ton against Mumbai Indians in the inaugural IPL edition. The Hyderabad franchise won the toss and gave the task to set the score to Mumbai Indians. While chasing the target of 155 runs, Gilchrist alone guided the team to the finishing point without losing any wicket. He smashed the opposition and scored unbeaten 109 runs that included 9 fours and 10 sixes.
In 2011, the southpaw shifted his base to Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and he again showed his masterstroke. At the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala, he stitched together a record partnership of 206 runs with Shaun Marsh against RCB. However, while Marsh (79) could not touch triple figures, Gilchrist scored 106 runs off 55 deliveries before Charl Langeveldt dismissed him.
