The announced Indian Premier League schedule has brought a more soothing weather on the franchises side. This schedule adds up some major boons to the teams. The players will find accustomed atmosphere and at the same time the sponsors can do business their mind, which has relieved the franchises.

The tournament will be transacted in the UAE and Bangladesh in the first half and then will return back to India. First 16 matches only will be taken places in the UAE in the first facet. The franchises went through a couple of weeks full of frites as BCCI was about to decide the oversees venue and schedule. The sponsors were worried about the impacts of the displacement of the tournament on them.

Hemant Dua, CEO of Daredevils said “It is a good beginning. The IPL has taken a good first measure. It also removes the uncertainty. The advantages of holding the tournament in India are obvious from the sponsor and revenue point of view. I do not need to conform to the need of the sponsor if the league does not encounter in India.”

Though at the time of auction all the franchises showed a chin-up mentality stating that they picked up such a team which would be capable to play in whatever condition, eventually they got a protective mentality as BCCI was thinking to move the tournament to the bouncing pitch of South Africa. It could be challenging for the players to perform in the bouncy pitch and then return back to completely dissimilar pitch in India. Bangladesh and UAE will be more alike to the players.

“Playing in familiar conditions is an advantage,” a franchise head coach said. “And once the tournament shifts back to India it would be smooth considering the playing conditions would be almost similar.”

UAE will host 16 matches and every franchise team will take on play four games there in the first two weeks of the season.

Sponsors got tensed as they were worried about the extended cost of the tournament. During the 2009 IPL, which was hosted in South Africa, sponsors went through a vast expense.

Now that everything is falling into place, it’s the matter of time when IPL will go down the flame.
