Virat Kohli described AB de Villiers as ‘a freak’ in a video posted by Royal Challengers Bangalore after AB’s destructive innings 129 runs off 52 balls. Talking about his knock in a video, Kohli said, “I have surprised myself a bit. A Good win. That’s all I am worried about, not the hundreds or the runs. Feeling grateful again. Last year (2015) we had a double century partnership, but today it was unbelievable. That guy is a freak!”
While de Villiers was heard to be ‘delighted’ after the win. Chris Gayle, who has not been in his usual hard-hitting form so far in the season, was also seen praising the ‘superb AB-Kohli’ pair as well as ‘C Jordan’, who bowled brilliantly in the game.
