After defeating the home team in the last match, an upbeat Pakistan will be looking forward the seal the series tomorrow as they face Sri Lanka in Colombo.
Sri Lanka were handed a thrashing defeat of 135 runs by the visitors in the last match and if the home team wants to stay afloat in the on-going series, they must win this match. Pakistan produced a superb all-round show, both with their bat and ball which outshined the Lankans completely.

The Pakistan top order looks in a very fine touch and will plan to continue that way. The likes of Ahmed Shehzad, skipper Azhar Ali, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik constitutes their strong batting line up. Amongst their bowlers, leggie Yasir Shah continues his dream run and is well complemented by Anwar Ali, Rahat Ali and Imad Wasim.

Sri Lanka’s bowling looked pretty average as they allowed their opposition to go past 300 but their batting was even more disastrous. If they are unable to fix their batting woes in the upcoming match, Pakistan will have another cakewalk. The seniors, namely Tilekaratne Dilshan, Lahiru Thiramane, Angelo Mathhews and Dinesh Chandimal need to carry the responsibility to score runs. The bowlers had a dry run in the last match, especially Lasith Malinga, who looked totally lagging in form. The bowlers need to step up to the cause if Sri Lanka wants to stay alive in the series.

Probable Playing XI:

Sri Lanka: Kusal Perera, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Lahiru Thiramane, Upul Tharanga, Angelo Matthews(C), Dinesh Chandimal, Thisara Perera, Milinda Siriwardane, Sachith Pathirana, Lasith Malinga, Nuwan Pradeep.

Pakistan: Ahamd Shehzad, Azhar Ali, Mohammad Hafeez, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Rizwan, Anwar Ali, Imad Wasim, Yasir Shah, Rahat Ali, Mohammad Irfan
