Australian captain, Steve Smith and his men, have been under fire, post the sandpaper gate saga.
The Baggy green’s reputation is at stake along with the future of the some of the big names in the Australian cricketing circuit.

The visitors were beaten by a massive 322 runs and were shamed even back home for their below standard action during the Cape Town Test match. The ball-tampering incident not only puts a dent in the spirit of cricket but questions the player’s credibility too.
Former England captain, Michael Vaughan has asked the cricket teams to take inspiration from New Zealand’s brand of cricket.
The Kiwis are known for their ‘fair-play’ mode of playing the game. Kane Williamson’s men recently beat England in the 1st Test match in Auckland by an innings and 49 runs. But didn’t stop Vaughan from praising the Blackcaps.
Teams I played in , Australia , England , SA & a few more … We all should take a leaf out of the Way NZ play their cricket & are around the game … The best competitors & most humble players .. All teams can learn from then … My thought of the day … #OnOn

Vaughan’s tweet read,
“Teams I played in, Australia, England, SA & a few more … We all should take a leaf out of the Way NZ play their cricket & are around the game … The best competitors & most humble players .. All teams can learn from then … My thought of the day”.
In a press conference, Smith admitted the leadership group planned it out during the lunch-break. But Vaughan isn’t taking any of that, as he believes there was a proper pre-game plan in place.
“I cannot think that has been come up with over lunch in Cape Town,” he said.

Vaughan also felt the Aussies tampered with the ball during the Ashes as well.
The former skipper took a dig at the likes of David Warner, who was seen wearing heavy tapes in his hand.
“I look at the amount of tape some of the fielders have worn, particularly during the Ashes series at mid-on and mid-off. You don’t have to name names; they know who they are,” he said.
