Kohli is the run-machine of Team India. His ambition to score runs has made him the greatest cricketer of the modern era. Kohli averages close to 60 in ODIs and just over 50 in the shortest format of the game which makes him ahead of his counterparts.
Virat Kohli has also surpassed the joint record of Sachin and Brian Lara of being the quickest batsman to score 20,000 runs in international cricket. He did it in 416 innings while other batsmen reached this feat in 453 or more innings.
In Test format, he has so far played 86 Test matches and scored 7240 runs, including 27 centuries and 22 half-centuries.
