Indian skipper MS Dhoni has dropped to number ten in the latest released ICC ODI Rankings for batsmen whereas Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan have maintained their 2nd and 5th position respectively.
On the other hand, New Zealand stand-in skipper for the Pakistan series Kane Williamson has broken into the top 10 for the first time in his ODI career. Williamson started the ODI series against Pakistan at 12th position, but being the top-scorer in the series with 346 runs, he jumped to 9th position.
Williamson also leapfrogged his team-mate Ross Taylor, who is currently placed at 11th position.
Rest of the batsmen rankings remain the same with South African ODI captain AB de Villiers leading the charts.
