Former cricketer Lance Gibbs was the lynchpin spinner of the West Indies during their golden period. He picked 309 wickets in 79 Test matches. He 18 times picked five-wicket haul and 11 times registered four-wicket haul.
The spinner with his guile bamboozled batsman and gave a breakthrough to the team on several occasions. His best performances came against India and Australia.
Gibbs itched his name in this list without bowling a no-ball during his prosperous career. He last played the Test series against Australia in 1976.
