  1. Steady partnership between Jadhav and Dhoni

After losing 4 quick wickets for 73 runs, Jadhav and Dhoni steadied the innings with some good shots. Jadhav looked in good touch playing good strokes off the spinners. MS Dhoni also played well taking singles. Jadhav took the advantage of dew smashing Santer for two sixes. Both of them put on 66 runs which steadied the Indian innings. Jadhav was dismissed for 41 in 37 balls. At that stage India were 139 for 4.
