Olympics shooter Joydeep Karmakar took a sly dig at legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar after the latter offered his condolences to the victims of the Amarnath terror attacks on Twitter.
Terrorists, on Monday (July 10) night, carried out an inhumane attack on Amarnath pilgrims with the dastardly attack leaving seven people dead and more than a dozen injured. The pilgrims were sleeping inside a vehicle parked on the national highway when the deadly attacks were carried out by the terrorists.
Disturbed by the attacks, Tendulkar took to Twitter to join the millions who are condemning the attacks and are offering their condolences.
“Deeply disturbed by the terror attack on #AmarnathYatra pilgrims. Thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims and their families,” the former India batsman tweeted.

However, for an unknown reason, Tendulkar’s tweet did not go down well with Joydeep Karmakar, as he posted a sarcastic tweet even taking a dig at the cricketer’s Bharat Ratna award.
“What a grammatically correct statement..no wonder you deserved the Bharat Ratna,” tweeted the shooter who had missed out on winning bronze at the 2012 London Olympics by a whisker.
