Pakistan announces T20 squad against England

Pakistan has announced their 13 man squad for the lone T20 squad against England to be played at Old Trafford, next week. In this squad, 21-year-old uncapped Amad Butt has been included in the squad.
Sarfraz Ahmed will be taking over from Shahid Afridi who resigned after their disappointing loss in the first round of the ICC World Cup T20 tournament held in India. Butt took 12 wickets in six T20 matches in the Pakistan A tour of England. He has played important role in helping Pakistan to defeat England in ICC Under 19 World Cup in 2014. Afridi has been dropped from the squad. Pakistan needs to perform well in T20. Pakistan have lost the ODI Series.
Khalid Latif has been included in the squad. Also with him left arm pace bowler Sohail Tanvir has been included in the squad. Mohammad Hafeez who was injured and was ruled out of the ODI Series against ongoing ODI Series against England, pace bowler Mohammad Irfan has been retained for the lone T20.
Sami Aslam, Yasir Shah, Umar Gul, Hasan Ali and Azhar Ali who is the captain of the ODI team have been dropped from the team. The Pakistan T20 team are currently 7th in T20 rankings and would like to perform well in T20 and go up the rankings.
