Just before the start of the international fixtures against Australia, Manish Pandey is warming up quite well for the series as in his second game, the right-handed batsman continued his impressive run and played an innings of 24 off just 12 balls.

Batting at a strike rate of 200.00, Pandey led his side to a score of 154, which eventually turned put to be a match winnings total. His impressive innings of 24 comprised of three fours and a six, which also entertained the fans. Bellary Tuskers had a gettable total to chase, but they could only manage 129 in their full quota of 20 overs.
Krishnappa Gowtham, the India A player, though couldn’t contribute much with the bat but he starred with the ball with a spell of 4-0-23-4. He has already been ruled out of Duleep Trophy, and the Belagavi Panthers are all set to receive his services until the last group stage game as he will then have to leave to join India A camp for the two unofficial Test match series against New Zealand A.
Meanwhile, it was the last game for Pandey for his franchise this season as Belagavi Panthers will play its next game on September 16 whereas the first ODI between India and Australia will be played on September 17 which automatically rules him out of his franchise’s next clash.

The semi-final of the ongoing Karnata Premier League will be played on September 20 and 22. The final of will is played on September 23 at KSCA Hubli ground in Hubli.
Belagavi Panthers are on the top of the points table with three wins in four games. Hubli Tigers have won four out of their five matches.
