Marcus Stoinis has impressed with his outing in the domestic circuit, especially in BBL.
So, he is likely to earn the place in the national side for the forthcoming series against New Zealand. His selection in the national side means he will miss initial games for DC in the tournament
Beside Stoinis, Delhi will miss the service of Alex Carey and the fast-bowling all-rounder Chris Woakes.
The England cricketer will miss the initial stages of the tournament due to Sri Lanka tour and will be unavailable for the playoffs–if Delhi qualifies.
