Rishabh Pant

Rishabh Pant’s dream performance in the domestic circuit has earned him the place in the India’s T20 squad against England. The left-handed Delhi batsman might have an outside chance if he would be successful against English attack. If he would make it to the team as a third opener, he could grab a place alongside Rohit Sharma in any of the matches of the Mini World Cup (Champions Trophy).

Having Pant on the other side, Rohit Sharma can settle down in the first 10-15 overs and kill the bowlers later on. It is likely that selectors will not ignore Pant’s aggressive batting and his outstanding show in domestic cricket.
