In the game of Cricket, we have seen plenty of aggressive batsmen throughout the years. Slowly, as the limited overs Cricket gained it’s platform ahead of the longer versions of the game, many hard hitting and big hitting batsmen made their mark. And because of them, the excitement of the game amplified. Also, it was found that some of the batsmen were reasonably comfortable against the bowling line up of a particular team only. Here is the list of the players with most number of sixes against a particular team in One Day International Cricket. Here it goes.
- Shahid Khan Afridi, 63 versus Sri Lanka: The fastest century in ODIs was this man’s record which lasted for over 16 years. He smashed century off 37 deliveries against Sri Lanka way back in 1996. - Shahid Afridi, 50 versus India: When there is a match between the two arch rivals, players from both the teams get charged up to a decent extent and try to do something out of the ordinary. There was a time when Afridi used to be consistently successful against the Indian bowlers and thrashed them hard. He struck 50 sixes against India till date.
