1. Sir Viv Richards, 69.48% vs. England, 1984:
He remained unbeaten at the score of 189 runs which happened to be the highest ODI innings by a player in that time. West Indies scored 272 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in that match.
2. Kapil Dev, 65.78% vs. Zimbabwe, 1983:
It was a World Cup match and India was severely struggling at the score of 17 runs for the loss of 5 wickets when Kapil Dev came to bat. He played an extraordinary unbeaten knock of 175 runs. India finished their innings at the score of 266 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
3. Rohit Sharma, 65.34% vs. Sri Lanka, 2014:
This happens to be the most recent one. It was the innings where Rohit Sharma created a world record with his knock of 264 runs in a single ODI innings. He was blistering throughout the span of his innings and India went on to score a total of 404 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. India won the match quite comfortably.
4. Andrew Jones, 63.51% vs. Pakistan, 1990:
It was a match where New Zealand suffered from an acute collapse in front of a deadly Pakistani bowling attack. They were bundled at the score of 74 runs and Jones topped the innings with a score of 47 runs.
5. Sanath Jayasuriya, 63.21% vs. India, 2000:
It was in Sharjah in the year 2000, when Jayasuriya played a brilliant innings against India. He scored a total of 189 runs which happened to be his career best. Sri Lanka went on to score 299 runs in that innings for the loss of 5 wickets.
