Key Players –
David Warner played a captain’s knock against Kolkata Knight Riders. He took the bowlers on and put pressure on Kolkata Knight Riders team. He smashed a well made 91 and ensured that SunRisers post a competitive total of 176. Against Mumbai Indians, David Warner would like to continue his form and make the most of it.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the best bowler in the match against Kolkata Knight Riders. His bowling helped SunRisers win the match against Kolkata Knight Riders. He did not pick wickets at the start and conceded 24 runs in 3 overs picking 1 wicket. Against Mumbai Indians, his role is to pick initial breakthroughs and not let Mumbai Indians to score runs freely.
Rohit Sharma came at number 4 against Delhi Daredevils and scored 30 runs off 24 balls. He needs to take charge and come at the top of the order, play most of the balls which would ensure that Mumbai Indians would be able to put pressure on the top quality Sunrisers bowling.
Lasith Malinga did bowl well against Delhi Daredevils. He has not looked in form in this IPL so far though. In the previous match he bowled 4 overs, giving 23 runs and picking 1 wicket. Against Sunrisers he must come to party and help Mumbai Indians to get their campaign back on track.
