Shaw and Vihari added 160 runs for the third wicket to set the platform for a big total. The partnership broke when Shaw departed after scoring 102 off 90 balls. After Shaw’s dismissal, Vihari added half-century stands with Vijay Shankar and Ishan Kishan, as 105 runs came from the last ten overs. Vihari scored 147 with the help of 13 fours and five sixes.
In reply, the Windies A lost Jermaine Blackwood first ball and never recovered from the early setback. They were eventually all out for just 151.
