Rahul Chahar has wished a speedy recovery of his cousin brother Deepak Chahar who represents Chennai Super Kings as IPL 2020 got hit by corona-virus and it has been confirmed that as many as 13 of their staff members have tested positive. The initial reports have claimed that a minimum of 10 members from CSK squad including staff have tested positive for Covid-19 besides adding that an Indian pacer was one of them.
Fans started speculating the name of the pacer but the social media posts of Malti Chahar and Deepak Chahar, sister and brother of CSK pacer Deepak Chahar, brought an end to the guesses. Batsman Rituraj Gaekwad also tested positive and the team’s leading run-scorer Suresh Raina too left the team for India citing personal reasons.

Deepak Chahar who is 28 was the first Indian cricketer to take a hat-trick in a T20I has played only 3 ODIs and 10 T20Is but has also featured in 34 IPL matches where he has taken 33 wickets averaging 26.52. Rahul Chahar who is of 21 years age has featured in only 1 T20I but has played 16 IPL matches where he has taken 15 wickets averaging 24.4. While Deepak Chahar is a pacer, Rahul Chahar is a spinner.

CSK Dealt With Another Blow As Suresh Raina Leaves And Will Miss Entire IPL 2020
In yet another blow for CSK, their batsman Suresh Raina also left for India on Saturday and have decided to miss the entire season citing personal issues.
All-rounder Shane Watson had posted a heartfelt video saying that Suresh Raina, the heart of Chennai Super Kings, will be surely missed in this edition. Shane Watson has represented several franchises is a member of CSK since 2018. Suresh Raina recently retired along with CSK captain MS Dhoni.
