Shane Watson (Australia)
The former Australia all-rounder, Shane Watson was Warne’s go-to-man in the IPL 2008. He shone with the bat and the ball – turning out to the difference between both the teams in the finale. Batting at four, Watson scored 28 off 19 balls – smashing four boundaries. Though he was an aspiring talent in the cricketing setup at that time, Shane became one of the best all-rounders in world cricket years later.
Of late, the right-handed batsman is playing for Quetta Gladiators in the PSL 2019. Before that, he played for Sydney Thunders in the Big Bash League.
The star of the inaugural season of the IPL, Shane Watson plays for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. In 2018, he scored an unbeaten 100 in the finals against Sunrisers Hyderabad – helping CSK win the title for the record third time.
