- Mumbai Indians:
P: 14; W: 7; L: 7
The winners of the competition last season, the Mumbai Indians had a sizzling start to the competition with skipper Rohit Sharma looking in world class form.
But their frailties as a team saw them end with just 7 wins from their 14 games in the group stage as they went crashing out of the tournament. They however, had some good moments with the likes of Pollard, Sharma and Krunal Pandaya, the new bloke in Indian cricket, providing some top class entertainment to the fans. It was a disappointing campaign overall for the squad who are strong enough to at-least move to the knock-out stage of the competition.
