
Ajit Agarkar: Ajit Agarkar was one of the seniors in the Indian side when Dhoni made his debut and performed really well in the match scoring 25 runs and picking up two wickets in the Bangladeshi innings. Agarkar went on to play for another 3 years and was part of the Indian squad that won the ICC T20 World Cup in 2007. He is still the third highest wicket taker for India in ODIs with a tally of 288 wickets.
Agarkar continued to represent Mumbai in domestic cricket and went on to win several trophies with the team. He also lifted the trophy in the 2012/13 season when he was the skipper. After retiring from all forms of the game in October 2013 Agarkar has appeared as a cricket analyst for a renowned cricket website and also makes appearances in a cricket talk show. The right arm pacer also represented India in Golf after winning the BMR World Corporate Golf challenge India held at Bengaluru.
