R. Vinay Kumar – It looks like the Indian bowlers have a tendency of coming under immense pressure in the series deciders as once again an Indian bowler went on to leak runs in the series decider. It was the seventh and last ODI between India and Australia ODI series where the winner was to be crowned with the winning trophy. The Indian team had a great start as batting first they scored a huge total of 383 runs on the board. Rohit Sharma scored his first of the two double centuries. Though the Australian team lost the match but they kept chasing the target till the time they got all out. R. Vinay Kumar was the main target of the batsmen as they churned out a total of 102 runs out of his bowling. He was also smashed for 10 fours and 7 sixes which surely show that it was not his day. He was the first Indian bowler to score a century with the ball.
