Karun Nair
Nair forced his way into the Test team for Afghanistan and England Tests and was expected to play the fifth Test of the series in the UK. When it seemed he will get his chance, Nair was controversially pipped by Hanuma Vihari, a decision that invited criticism from all corners.
He was later dropped for the home Test series against West Indies and is yet to make a comeback. As per selectors, they communicated with Nair in England but the right-handed batsman revealed that he didn’t have any communication with them. He isn’t a part of India A squad for the upcoming unofficial Test matches against New Zealand A.
