Rohit Sharma is playing with freedom: Graeme Smith
Former South African captain Graeme Smith is in full praise of Rohit Sharma. He has claimed that Rohit is playing with full freedom against Proteas. He also criticised the bowling department of South Africa.
“Rohit has been highly motivated with his performances and the key here is his good discipline and strategy toward the game which makes him stand out as one of the best Test batsmen. Also, South Africa lacking in a punch with the old ball and in the spin department allowed Rohit to play with freedom and that has been reflected in the excellent series he has had till now,” Smith said.
In the ongoing third Test match, India scored 497 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. Currently, South African batsmen are struggling to score runs as the Indian bowlers have dominated the field.
