A couple of days ago, several India players including captain Virat Kohli enthusiastically posted their photographs of their meeting with WWE wrestler the Great Khali.
The Indian players had met the wrestler after winning the second Test against Sri Lanka in Colombo on Sunday (August 6).
However, it looks like India batting star Rohit Sharma has managed to win this round of Twitter exchanges. The opening batsman trolled all his teammates who had shared the photo with the wrestler in just one tweet.
The 30-year-old uploaded a split picture of him holding the WWE Championship belt and his teammates meeting Khali and wrote:
“Well tried fellas, but the belt is here ????.”

The Mumbai Indians skipper was gifted a customised WWE belt by former wrestler and Chief Operating Officer of WWE, Triple H after he led the Mumbai-based outfit to a record third Indian Premier League (IPL) title.
Just a day after Mumbai defeated Rising Pune Supergiant by one run to win the final, Triple H took to Twitter to congratulate them and wrote:
“Congratulations, @mipaltan. @WWE has something headed your way! @WWEIndia.”
Later, the belt was sent to Rohit who immediately shared photographs with the belt on social media.
“This is unreal, to be holding this championship belt from the champion himself. Lot of fond memories. Thank you @TripleH & @WWE @mipaltan,” he wrote.
