Indian pace bowler RP Singh has been blessed with a baby girl earlier today (February 7, 2017). RP Singh & his wife Devanshi have named their newborn daughter as ‘Ira Aarya Singh’.
The veteran pacer has announced the good news on his twitter account as he became a proud father. He was immediately congratulated by a number of Indian cricketers.
His tweet read: “No feeling comes remotely close to this. @DevanshiS_ and I have been blessed with a baby girl – Ira Aarya Singh. #harharmahadev ”

The 31-year old has been pivotal to India’s success in 2007 T20 World Cup and has represented India across all the formats. He has already had a memorable year as a player after helping Gujarat win their first ever Ranji trophy.
His year just got better after becoming the father of a baby girl and joins the list of fathers who has represented India in the 21st century.
