Sachin Tendulkar announces an amazing contest for fans about his first film
Earlier on the last Wednesday, the Cricket history’s living legend Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar made an announcement a documentary feature film being made on his life. The documentary will be made in association with Ravi Bhagchandka and a film production company called 200 Not Out Films, and will be directed by James Erskine — the man who made EMR, The Human Face, and One Night in Turin.
According to Komal Nahta, editor and publisher of Film Information, Tendulkar will be the 1st Asian of the kind whose life will be captured in a theatrical release.
Tendulkar has also announced on the social awareness media Twitter that he would love to involve his fans, and has asked for their valuable suggestions regarding what the name of the documentary feature film can be. Finally (this is perhaps the biggest news for the fans) he has announced that there is and must have been something very special in store for the ones who come up with the most ideal title for his first critical movie.
Tendulkar will thus become the first Asian to join a list of famous personalities like other famous celebrities in the name of Michael Jackson and Ayrton Senna, whose lives have been captured in documentary feature films for their theatrical releases.
Founder of the 200 Not-out Films Ravi Bhagchandka has said that they are very delighted to have IOS Sports & Entertainment on board for the project. It is indeed a very special project for them and that they are quite sure they will add immense value to same with their marketing expertise in sports and entertainment sector.
