Sachin was strong and determined from the starting of his career. He never shied to take challenges and come back stronger to give his reply. There have been many instances where he has proved to be tough to break.

In his debut series against Pakistan in 1989, he marked his arrival after he was challenged by late great Abdul Qadir challenged Sachin to hit him for a six. Sachin didn’t shy to take up the challenge and in reply, he didn’t hit one not two but four consecutive sixes. In that same series during the fourth and final series, he was struck hard on the nose of the delivery from Waqar Younis.

But Sachin decided no to leave the ground and he continued to play for four more hours. He scored a patient 59 and helped India to save the game. He then proved that he was passionate to play the game and nothing can disturb him.
