Sachin Tendulkar agreed to pad-up for the Masters Champions League (MCL).  Tendulkar and Shane Warne planned the league buyoant on the  nostalgia of cricket fans about their favourite cricketers. The time and location are yet to be finalised, but UAE is among the potential locations.

The Indian legend promised he will be back in action while attending a travel website programme as a brand ambassador in Dubai Saturday night.

Some of the retired legend like Brian Lara, Adam Gilchrist, Wasim Akram, Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene has already agreed to take the field once again in the shortest form of ther game.

The tournamnet will be palyed through out the year in variuous venues around the world. “We might surprise a few people in the time to come,” he said at an event to celebrate the 10th anniversary of UAE’s travel website musafir.com.

“Shane Warne and I plan to do something which people might see and we might be turning out a bit with a bat in hand.”

Tendulkar announced his retirement from all form of game in November of 2013 in Mumbai.
